Online payment collection through the NOW RIDES website is not yet enabled. This page does not imply that Razorpay or any other checkout gateway is already accepting payments. Never pay an unverified link or person claiming to represent us.
Cancelling a ride request
When live booking is enabled, eligible users may cancel a ride request using the booking interface if supported for the current request status. A cancellation is complete only when acknowledged by the backend.
Potential cancellation charges
Whether a fee applies may depend on accepted booking terms, assignment status, timing and applicable transport and consumer rules. No fixed cancellation fee is stated here because final approved fees have not been provided.
Refund considerations
If electronic payments are enabled in the future, any eligible refunds will be assessed in line with disclosed fare and cancellation terms, payment-provider processes and relevant law. No fixed refund timeline is promised until the payment operations policy is finalized.
Incorrect charges or disputes
If you believe a payment or fare is incorrect, submit a support request with your booking reference and a brief explanation. Do not share your OTP, full card number, CVV or banking password through the inquiry form.
Policy finalization
Before payment activation, NOW RIDES will need to publish approved cancellation circumstances, applicable fee schedules, eligible refund cases, processing timelines, escalation channels and relevant payment-service disclosures.
