Tell us where you’re going.
Open the booking page and select your pickup and destination from the location suggestions. You can also request browser location permission for pickup.
Choose your vehicle and time.
Select a Bike, Auto or Cab. Book for now, or choose an available future time using Schedule Ride.
Review the fare securely.
Once enabled, verify your mobile number via OTP. The website requests a real fare quote from the backend based on the route and vehicle.
Confirm and track your request.
A ride request exists only after the backend confirms it. Driver assignment is subject to live availability; you can refresh and follow the reported status.
Need a ride later?
Use the Schedule tab on the booking page, pick a future date and time, and review the request before confirming. Driver assignment depends on actual service availability.
