Who is responsible
NOW RIDES LLP (referred to as “NOW RIDES”, “we”, or “us”) operates this website. The company’s complete registered-office address, designated grievance contact and official support channels are to be confirmed before the service is publicly launched.
Information we may collect
Depending on the feature used, we may process your phone number, authentication information, customer account identifier, selected ride type, pickup and destination coordinates or addresses, scheduled pickup time, fare quote, booking/ride IDs and status, technical error information, and messages submitted through our forms.
Driver-partner inquiries may include contact details and general availability information. Do not submit government identity numbers, driving licence photos, banking details or other sensitive documents through public forms.
How we use information
We use relevant data to support user verification, show route-based fare quotes, process booking requests when enabled, follow up on inquiries, support customer service, protect our services, and meet applicable legal obligations.
We do not currently enable live website bookings or collect website ride payments in this release.
Location and mapping
When the Maps browser key is configured, Google Maps may process searches and map-service requests under its own policies. We request browser GPS location only if you actively choose that option and grant permission. You may deny browser permission, but location-based booking functions may then be limited.
Service providers and sharing
Relevant technical service providers may include Netlify (site hosting and forms, when enabled), Supabase (authentication), Google Maps (place services), and NOW RIDES backend hosting. Information may be shared with verified operational parties only where needed to deliver an authorized service, and as required by law. Provider arrangements must be validated before launch.
Authentication, storage and security
The website’s booking application may store limited login session and pending-request information in browser storage for continuity. Access controls, encrypted connections, server-side authorization and reasonable safeguards are intended to reduce unauthorized access, but no service can promise zero security risk. Do not share OTPs with others.
Retention and deletion
Information should be kept only for appropriate operational, security and legal purposes. Final retention periods and deletion workflows will be documented and approved before public production use. You may raise an access, correction or deletion-related request through our contact page, subject to applicable law and verification.
Your choices and rights
You can restrict browser location permissions, refrain from optional inquiries and request information about your data through the contact form. Additional rights may apply under Indian privacy and data-protection law as it becomes effective and applicable. We may need to verify identity before acting on a personal-data request.
Children, changes and contact
Our ride-booking service is not designed for independent use by children where it would conflict with applicable law or transport rules. We may update this document as the service changes. A final policy effective date, official contact details and grievance officer information must be approved before public launch.
