Where is NOW RIDES available?
Rajkot, Gujarat is our initial service focus. Final coverage areas will be confirmed when live booking is activated.
Can I book a ride from the website?
The website includes a Bike, Auto and Cab booking flow. At present, live requests are disabled until Google Maps, OTP, backend access and operational checks are completed.
Can I schedule a ride?
The booking interface supports selecting a future pickup time. A scheduled request is not a guarantee that a driver will be assigned.
How is a driver assigned?
Requests can be matched through the NOW RIDES backend when eligible drivers are available. A fare quote alone does not confirm a ride.
Fares & payments
How are fares calculated?
Fares are supplied by the NOW RIDES backend using trip and vehicle details. We do not display invented fixed fares on this website.
Can I pay by UPI or card?
Razorpay integration is planned for a later phase. Do not submit payment information on this website until the official payment flow is activated.
Can I cancel a booking?
Where the backend supports it, users may cancel eligible requests. Applicable charges or refunds, if any, depend on the approved policy and legal requirements.
How do refunds work?
Online payments have not been enabled in this website version. Read the cancellation and refund page for current policy status and the process for raising issues.

Why do I need an OTP?
Once enabled, phone verification helps confirm that you control the mobile number associated with your customer account.
Why is my location needed?
Accurate pickup and drop coordinates enable route-based quotes and driver dispatch. Browser location access is optional and requires permission.
How can I become a driver-partner?
Visit Drive with Us and submit an inquiry. Formal onboarding and document verification use an approved channel; the public form is not for KYC uploads.
What should I do during an emergency?
In India, dial 112 for emergency response. Do not rely solely on an app or website for urgent help.
How can I contact NOW RIDES?
Use the Contact page inquiry form. A verified public support phone and official grievance contact must be published before production launch.
