About the platform
NOW RIDES LLP is building a platform intended to help customers request Bike, Auto and Cab rides in supported areas. Service categories, legal permissions, driver capacity and availability differ by location. A website being visible does not mean live bookings or public operations are active.
Eligibility and accounts
Customers must provide accurate details and, when active, verify their phone number using a one-time password. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and following applicable local laws. Account access may be restricted to address safety, misuse or legal requirements.
Quotes, bookings and scheduling
A displayed estimate is a quote provided by the backend, subject to validity, trip details and applicable operational terms. A request is not confirmed until the server acknowledges it. Matching depends on eligible driver availability. Scheduled rides are requests for a preferred time rather than guaranteed reservations.
Fares and payments
When the service goes live, charges, applicable taxes, fees, offers and accepted payment methods will be presented through official checkout and booking flows. Razorpay integration and website online payments are not enabled in the current release. Do not send money based on unofficial payment links or messages.
Cancellations and changes
Customers may be able to cancel eligible requests through the booking interface. Whether a cancellation fee or refund applies will depend on clearly communicated company policy, the booking circumstances and applicable law. The current website does not publish unapproved fixed fees or refund deadlines.
Safe and lawful conduct
Customers and driver-partners must comply with relevant traffic, passenger safety, vehicle and conduct requirements. Abuse, harassment, fraud, violence, unlawful activity and unsafe behaviour are not permitted. Call emergency services directly in an urgent situation.
Availability, interruptions and third parties
Services may be unavailable due to connectivity, insufficient driver availability, map-provider issues, maintenance, technical problems or lawful operating restrictions. Third-party services have their own relevant terms. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Liability and complaints
Any allocation of responsibilities, insurance-related commitments, service limitations and complaint-handling obligations must comply with applicable Indian law and cannot exclude statutory consumer rights. The final approved legal terms and operational grievance process will be published before production launch.
Updates and contact
Service terms may change as the platform, permitted categories and payment methods develop. Official version, effective date, registered-office details, grievance channels and jurisdiction clauses require legal approval before the live service is opened to the public.
